We want to work on your behalf to enhance the value of your land by promoting a portion of it for other use.
The promotion of land through a planning process, with the aim to secure planning permission for the land to be used for other purposes, such as new homes or business spaces. This increases the value of the land.
In order to do this, we offer a Land Promotion Agreement and act on your behalf to create a tailored approach for the promotion of your land, helping to maximise land value.
Our team works to evaluate sites and secure a planning application, working with landowners to bring their land to the market with planning consent. As your designated Land Promoter, our return is based on the pre-agreed split of sale proceeds, meaning that we are aligned to the landowner’s objectives and fully motivated.
As your Land Promotor there are no upfront charges, we have the resources and funding to give you’re land the best chance of meeting planning regulations and enhancing its value. If for whatever reason planning cannot be achieved Land 2 Plan will not charge for the Land Promotion. We only make our money on a successful planning application and sale.
How Long Will It Take
This will depend on the complexity of your land to be converted to another use. Councils have their Planning Policy's but there are many circumstances and variables to be taken into account to optimise the value and package your land for sale.
